Disliked: The main issue is that the property says they will never guarantee what room you’ve reserved. We booked a room with two beds for a family of four, months in advance. On arrival they’d deliberately oversold the hotel and had only a room with one bed. But they weren’t apologetic at all, super self-righteous and combative about it. “We only owe you a room, it can be any room.”. Had to argue and make an ugly stink even to be allowed to change rooms mid-stay. This policy isn’t listed anywhere that I can find in the booking.com listing or main website. Super unpleasant.Also they should disclose that their pool is not heated. It was a main part of why we picked this hotel. We were there for 4 days in 70+ degree sunny weather and the pool was ice cold. (We were there during a big swim meet of 11-14 year olds, and not a single person was in the pool at any point during our stay. If 11 year old swimmers won’t get in your pool, you know it’s cold.)

Hotel close to SMF airport...

Liked: Close to the Sacramento airport, friendly staff, 24hr airport shuttle, allowed dogs and had a good area to walk my dog, bags and trash available for dogs outside. Room was a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of outlets.
Disliked: Was on the higher end of nearby hotels, but honestly was happy to pay it for the location and shuttle.
