Liked: Convenient location near a large shopping center. Comfortable bed. Free parking.
Disliked: It's kind of strange to pay an additional 100 euros of an incomprehensible deposit, which was returned the day after departure. Thank you for returning it. When checking in, when talking to the lady at the reception, I got the impression that you were asking to be let in for the night. I want to remind this dear lady that she works in the service sector, not the guest who pays for it!

Good stay, comfortable hotel

Liked: We stayed for just one night, only to rest, so we spent no more than 8 hours in the hotel. However, we were satisfied — the bed was comfortable, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was a coffee machine in the lobby. For a few zlotys, you could grab a coffee to go, and there were also snacks available for purchase in a mini-shop. Also, free parking is available, which is comfortable for those traveling by car. Overall, it’s a good conference hotel with all the necessary amenities.
Disliked: The view from the window overlooked a roof, which probably houses a garden, but in winter, it’s a rather dull sight. There’s not much that can be done about that, I suppose. Generally, the hotel is starting to feel a bit "tired" — the renovation was clearly of good quality, but it’s beginning to show its age.
