Disliked: on arrival the kind receptionist told us they provide us water As complimentary on daily basis two bottles and for 1st 3days they provided then they did not when i chick with the receptionist she told me non of other hotels provide and if i want I should buy-it from there givt shop so why they provided 1st 3days if it is not ? The other problem there room was smelly ????

A welcome respite

Liked: After a couple of nights in a BnB in a new country, it was refreshing to be someplace much more familiar. The front desk staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We loved the referral to the restaurant next door with a card for free bruschetta. Yum! When checking in, we were told something about using a room card to activate the lights and power in the room, but having absolutely no context for such a thing, we were baffled when we couldn't get lights and power. A wonderful maid in the hallway helped us with much enthusiasm. In spite of neither of us being able to understand each other, we finally figured out what to do.
Disliked: The location was not proximate to the places we wanted to visit. I didn't choose the location. But taxis are not too expensive, especially when share. The neighborhood was nice.
