Disappointing

Liked: Location was convenient for work.
Disliked: Asked the front desk staff for my room to be serviced the next day, they took note and told me it would be done, it wasn't. The room doors slam so loudly I was constantly up all night every time a guest on my floor left or entered their room. It's not the person slamming the door, it's the mechanism on the door itself, makes it so loud every time.

Disliked: I hate the blunt staff that shouted at me and my friend over security payment my card declined and my friend was willing to run her card but this lady was very rude and aggressive in her approach
