Liked: Friendly staff and helpful shuttle service to University of Rochester Athletic Facilities - Gym. Thank you! Room and hotel was clean. There were plenty of good choices for food & coffee within a few minutes walking.
Disliked: Would have loved a safe for valuables in my room.

Disliked: Only thing, and its minor, was cheap and poor quality pods for the Keurig. Otherwise, they did everything well.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were very comfortable. The facility was great.
Disliked: When I checked in, I asked the front desk if breakfast was included in my reservation. They said that it was so I went to breakfast every morning to get a bill at the end and being told that breakfast was not included.

Hilton was a nice hotel...

Liked: The food in restaurant was great, expensive but at least was delicious. The staff at desk and restaurant very friendly, efficient, helpful. The room was clean, had a microwave, small fridge, iron with ironing board.
Disliked: The expensiveness of the restaurant was a bit much. The smoke detector in room was constantly blinking over the bed. The complementary coffee for Keurig was all decaf, and the bottles of water that were next to coffee maker would have been 2 dollars unless you were a certain status reward member, was in fine print on bottle. And no complementary breakfast in morning, was a buffet that you would have had to pay for. A bit of money to pay to sleep in a bed and take a shower in morning.
