Enjoyable

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The waitstaff was excellent and friendly and the buffet made it quick.
Disliked: Dining room could be updated!

It was okay but would...

Liked: The Radisson has a much better breakfast buffet selection. It was convenient to be able to grab a quick breakfast before my meeting.
Disliked: I did not appreciate the long dark hairs both in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Or the empty tissue box in the bathroom.

Good location in Pittsford but...

Liked: Good location, room as expected
Disliked: Arrived around 5:30 pm to be told hotel was overbooked and no room for us. Waited about 20 minutes while clerk tried to call 2 sister hotels but apparently neither answered. Finally were given a room which met our expectations. Line up behind us to check in. Clerk seemed hassled and although I’m sure was trying his best not congenial. We would hesitate to book Hilton Garden Inn again based on this experience.
