Liked: The location was convenient as it was walking distance to the arena which was the purpose for our trip.
Disliked: The room was dirty. There were crumbs on the floor, the TV did not work, there were fake eyelashes and hair balls on the extra blanket that my kids were supposed to use for the pull out couch. For the money we paid, it was certainly one of the least comfortable and clean hotels we’ve stayed at. I felt uncomfortable with my kids sitting on any surfaces that I couldn’t wipe down myself or cover with my own blankets. There were stains all over the couch and armchair it just felt really dirty.

Liked: The entire staff were so nice and accommodating all questions and issues they went above and beyond to help us. Daily weather report and notifying us of all things happing in rochester and where to look for items.
