We chose this hotel due to the location. However, we could not get the temperature set in the room and there was hair from previous visitors in the bedding.

Liked: Convenient to Roanoke Rapids Theater.
Disliked: Room was hot and hvac controls did not seem to change temperature. Hair on bed covers from previous occupants.

Be sure your booking is done correctly, as they will not help you with the cancellation process with a third party booking company, if you are somehow told that you've booked two rooms. Other than that, the place was great! Clean, comfortable, easily accessible, and a great location if you're planning to see a show at the Roanoke Rapids Theater!

Liked: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to from I-95.
Disliked: Somehow I was booked for 2 rooms and had only requested one. My email confirmation even specified that I had booked one room. What bothered me was that the hotel did nothing to help me solve this problem. The lady at the front desk informed me that I would have to contact Booking.com and get the cancellation of one of the rooms okay'd myself and then let her know it was cleared before she could cancel the room for me. I understand that my room was nonrefundable, but I clearly had only asked for and only needed one room. I felt like more should have been done on the part of the Hilton to cancel the unwanted room for me. Other than that, my stay was great!

We would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling or like us in town for a concert! The staff smiled, gave all information at check in and when we got to our room, it was amazing! The room was clean, beds comfortable, and very quiet. I would definitely stay here and recommend this to anyone!

Liked: Absolutely loved my stay, we was in town for a funeral and the staff was very understanding and warm welcoming!!! The men who worked this morning. 3/9/25 around our check out (7-8 ish) I believe. They was very sweet! Didn’t catch names.
Disliked: That I couldn’t stay longer!!!! lol

Disliked: The room was filthy. Stains on the ironing board and dirty/stained bedding. The toilet paper was nearly empty and not on the roll dispenser but laying on it.

Disliked: That the restaurant was closed bc of technical difficulties and the bar closed at 7pm instead of 11pm

Great hotel with awful food

Liked: Spotless! Haven't been in such a clean hotel in decades! Air conditioning worked. No mold in bath. Mostly quiet. Very convenient-right off exit.
Disliked: Booking.com stated "breakfast included." It was not. $15 each for flavorless food that we couldn't eat. Also had to wait 10min for coffee that was room temp!Do yourself a favor and go to another exit for bfast at Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Donuts etc!!

Liked: The location was perfect. I traveled to North Carolina due to the death of my Uncle but each lady I encountered at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice.
