Nice hotel, some flaws need...

Liked: Welcoming staff at front desk.Comfy bed.
Disliked: Temperature of water in the shower was too cold.It takes 15 minutes to get barely warm water.Noise from the highway.Price of breakfast is unjustified.

Liked: I would say that property is great on location. However, the jacuzzi could have been cleaned and also my room bed didn’t seem like a king bed, the pillows were so uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep well! I would say this hotel definitely needs some updating!
Disliked: The pillow was uncomfortable! The bed wasn’t a king bed! No breakfast is served unless you pay a ridiculous amount .

Liked: The staff was accommodating. I received my free breakfast, and the amenities were decent. For the price I paid and availability, it was decent.
Disliked: The check in were late because the rooms were not ready. My fitted sheet on my king bed was too small.The television was difficult to navigate. The clock was not set because someone broke the knob when we got there. The hot tub was not hot. The restaurant in the area had a hard time communicating with Grub Hub.

Disliked: Staff were not good. I didn’t understand why my booking didn’t include hot food with breakfast included. Nothing indicated only cold breakfast included. Staff would like to charge breakfast initially. How cannot you guys know it’s already included?
