Lovely staff; super close to fun bars and food; clean and modern. We would stay there again!

Disliked: Sheets didn't fit the bed! We spent all night pulling them back over the corners of the mattress. The coming and going of the charges on my bank account is difficult to manage.

Liked: Aubrey Minor is a great manager he took time out to handle my issues eventhough others were being rude to him definitely a good example of leadership.

Disliked: There should not be a charge for basic breakfast or parking. If you pay for a room at the hotel you should not have to pay to park at the hotel.

Liked: Needs to specify breakfast is an additional charge. Made it seem as if breakfast was included. Then I get a $30 bill for breakfast. Should be included with room.

Liked: Great location. Nice breakfast with great omelette and pancakes on weekends.
Disliked: No cleaning up the room at all without letting us know at check-in. Pack and play was not in the room when we arrived and we confirmed it the day before. No sheet at all with it. We had to ask for an extra sheet and go back to the reception to get it.

Liked: I checked in and checked out directly and now Hilton won't refund me the money I paid them directly. Please help!
Disliked: I couldn't access my room as the elevator was not available due to a large busload of people.
