Lovely staff; super close to fun bars and food; clean and modern. We would stay there again!

Disliked: Sheets didn't fit the bed! We spent all night pulling them back over the corners of the mattress. The coming and going of the charges on my bank account is difficult to manage.

Awful. If I could have...

Liked: The breakfast person wasn't around so I didn't know I could order cooked food until AFTER I ate the buffet food,which wasn't that great to begin with.
Disliked: The elevator was broken. I was forced to walk around to the outside of the building to take the fire stairs to my floor. Luckily, it was only the second floor but with back and knee problems, this was aweful.

Stop holding people deposits and...

Liked: The front desk person was very nice.. but the stay wasn’t kids was running in the hallways knocking on people door and running I reported it and nothing happened
Disliked: I didn’t like the the elevators was broken and I didn’t receive my deposit back yet.. I was promised continental breakfast but they didn’t let us eat.. overall I was disappointed with my stay

Disliked: The elevator has stopped working before I got to the hotel on Friday and there was no prior notice, I had to use the stairs to the 5th floor all through my stay

Liked: The elevators were out of order. The microwave was terrible. The refrigerator would not cool. I will never stay here again and I’m thinking about cancelling my honors program!!!!
