When showering the next morning, my husband killed a water bug that was the size of a .50 piece. The water in the shower did not run out of shower. I had to turn water off to bath so the water would run down the drain. The next morning, before check out, there was no receipt left under the door. On Monday morning, when my husband checked his bank account, there was an $844 charge on his account for a one night stay. Pay in cash upon checkout strongly recommended!
Liked: Modern design was good. Easy and quick check-in!
Disliked: Water bug in the bathroom. Bathtub was stopped up when taking a shower. Hotel charged husband's card $844 for one night stay.

Passable
Liked: Location, facilities are fine for a one night stay.
Disliked: The overall stay and facilities are fine for a quick overnight trip. My issues began during checkout. The woman at the front desk told me the shuttle ran every 15 mins to the airport (which it did not, and I almost missed my flight), she did not actually check me out when I was leaving at 5AM — not only did she not check me out, I found out later she didn’t check me out until 1PM AND she also charged some other guest’s breakfast/tip to my room AND she double charged me for my stay. I paid in full through booking.com and then got charged again at checkout. It’s been a pain to try and get this double charge taken care of. I reached out numerous times and finally got it resolved today by an employee named Armand. Even though it’s resolved now, he refused to refund the breakfast charge initially because he felt I couldn’t prove that I checked out at 5AM. I ended up sending him an itinerary of my flight info and he said he would remove the double charge as a “courtesy” — even though I should not have to convince them to remove any charges since it was their mistake. If you are planning to stay here, be sure to check your credit card statement because clearly I am not the first person this has happened to and they seem either incompetent or do not care that they are double charging guests.

Bad experience trying to find...
Disliked: I wanted to know where the Reagan airport was from the hotel. The clerk may have known, but it was not getting across to me. I asked him a few questions and finally felt that I was starting to get him irritated. So I stopped and never did get an answer that I was comfortable with. I went out on my own and got into one of these situations where I was stuck on a freeway going the wrong way. When I finally got back to my room, my wife was in a panic. Trying to find the airport was a bad experience. I doubt if i will ever fly into and out of Reagan again.

budget hotel with an affordable...
Liked: The room was affordable for the DC area, and close to the airport. It was inconvenient to travel back and forth into DC for meetings. Breakfast was not included.
Disliked: Few options for dining - very urban noisy area. The smell of drugs was apparent in the hallways.

Disliked: The beds were too high for my 88 year old mom. Also, it was unfortunate one of the only two elevators was not working
