When showering the next morning, my husband killed a water bug that was the size of a .50 piece. The water in the shower did not run out of shower. I had to turn water off to bath so the water would run down the drain. The next morning, before check out, there was no receipt left under the door. On Monday morning, when my husband checked his bank account, there was an $844 charge on his account for a one night stay. Pay in cash upon checkout strongly recommended!

Liked: Modern design was good. Easy and quick check-in!

Liked: The staff super helpful and attentive to needs and the room upgrade was very accommodating.
Disliked: The fact that the snacks are overpriced, room service did not answer the phone so I had to go downstairs after a long drive in and order food and the bathroom had a moldy smell.

Amazing

Liked: The property was centrally located and the staff was amazing, Jamal checked us in and was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. He made sure to check in every time we crossed his path which made is feel at home more than a hotel.

Disliked: The large monitor TV was a good show, but it did NOT WORK.I wanted to call the reception desk to ask them to fix it, but the phone placed beside the bed -did not work either.My business meeting did not permit time to physically go down to inform them that these were NOT working.The floor in the bathroom LOOKED clean, but was STICKY when standing barefoot, so obviously had not been mopped in a while, IS THIS REALLY WHAT A HILTON HOTEL with such a PRICE TAG OFFERS? One can also hear the traffic at night as its on a busy street, for light sleepers, it is disturbing

Liked: Breakfast was great. Bethlehem in the restaurant was kind and helpful.
Disliked: The front desk agent that checked me in gave me a room directly across from the elevator. 726. I'm not sure if it's the smoke detector or fire alarm but it flashes bright white light every 5-10 seconds. In addition to the elevator noises the constant flashing of the bright white light at night, sleeping was difficult.
