AVOID!

Disliked: Disgraceful service from Manager, Jerome. Passport went missing from Hotel room - spoke to the Manager, Jerome who treated me disgracefully. When explaining to him that I felt it had been stolen, his first response was 'We don't know that' - which I simply could not believe that would be the first response to a customer who was in this situation. When I asked for help - his follow up response was 'That's not my job'. He then walked into the back and didn't return. Simply the worst service I have ever received. Luckily the Night Manager, Josh i think his name was, was helpful afterwards - but absolutely shocking behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
