Liked: The staff were very accomidating.
Disliked: 1. Booking.com stated a breakfast was included, but BECAUSE I booked through booking.com, the breakfast was NOT INCLUDED!2. Beds were very hard!3. BEDS WERE NOT MADE, ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, TRASH WAS NOT TAKEN OUT FOR 4 DAYS!! AND WE DID not have a sign on the door the entire trip!!!!4. They had renovations going on so only 1 elevator worked during the times of construction but we were not in our room a lot so that wasn't too bad.

Liked: Excellent service. Manager Kevin explained to us the renovation and excited to come back and stay in the new rooms.
Disliked: Wasn’t aware there was a renovation
