Disliked: It was New Years Eve and the bar didn't open. Said we could go to the hotel next door that they were open. Booked this room due to the bar and having stayed before. If it was posted that the bar would be closed we would have booked elsewhere

Liked: I loved the area. Everyone gave excellent service. Questions were answered in a very polite manner and complete professionalism. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Liked: The staff were very accomidating.
Disliked: 1. Booking.com stated a breakfast was included, but BECAUSE I booked through booking.com, the breakfast was NOT INCLUDED!2. Beds were very hard!3. BEDS WERE NOT MADE, ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, TRASH WAS NOT TAKEN OUT FOR 4 DAYS!! AND WE DID not have a sign on the door the entire trip!!!!4. They had renovations going on so only 1 elevator worked during the times of construction but we were not in our room a lot so that wasn't too bad.
