Horrible experience

Liked: I like there was a shower chair in the bathroom
Disliked: First and foremost majority of my stay i only had cold water for me and my partner to take a shower in , there was only one working elevator for the whole weekend, the wifi never connected to my firetruck...this has been one of the worst experiences

Liked: room was clean house keeping staff was nice and friendly, front desk staff was nice
Disliked: we didn’t have hot water in the shower and the staff knew and didn’t inform us when we realized there was no hot water we called front seat and they told us that they knew about the problem and was working to resolve the issue and they would change our room, the hot water came back late and no one called to offer a change of room. also, one elevator was not working the entire stay very inconvenient.
