Front Desk assistance was great; Breakfast was SUPER and location ideal to Casinos. Shuttle service was fantastic.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. The rates are affordable. The shuttle to the casinos were good although he was a little late picking us back up. But they were definitely convenient.

Disliked: No complimentary breakfast! Breakfast is a buffet style for $12.00 - kind of expensive just for breakfast!

Liked: It was closed to Foxwoods
Disliked: The checking took about 20 minutes. The mattress is way too firm hard to sleep. The breakfast staff was awful. The waitress that took us to our table was rude. All she said to us instead of good morning was this is ridiculous. We didn’t complained we ate and checked out but will never be staying at that location ever again. Rather pay more than to be treated with disrespect.

Not satisfied at all because...

Liked: It was convenient to Foxwoods.
Disliked: No heat and one of the staff members was not helpful after we checked in, we complained about the room being so cold and she told me to give it some time and it will warm up. We actually had to leave as soon as we got there because it was so cold. I was told they turn the heat off during the weekdays because they don’t have many customers which made no sense to me at all. It was a horrible experience.

Hilton Garden INN by Foxwoods...

Liked: Just 3 minutes away from foxwoods casino. staff was very friendly, they had a bar, food, pool, etc. rooms were very nice and clean! when I got back from the casino the heater in my room wasn't working. I called the front desk and the lady that picked up said she'll be right up. she got there I no time, saw the heater wasn't working and took out 2 cards to the room next door. it was 4am and obviously repairs weren't going to be done at that time but things happen. wasn't their fault but I really liked how fast appropriately that handled the situation. would definitely recommend staying there.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. Really enjoyed my stay.
