Liked: Nice room and good location
Disliked: Checked out and went to lunch after lunch realized had left an unopened bottle of wine, that I had received the night before as a birthday gift. Went back to front desk where 4 woman employees were standing told them I had left an unopened bottle of wine and several bottles of mineral water in the room mini-fridge when I had checked out and asked if it was possible to get them. I was told that housekeeping would have thrown out anything left in the mini fridge. Not a very professional way to respond to or treat guests and certainly does not create repeat customers.

Great location and stay in...

Liked: The location, walking trails, easy access toiletries, snacks, and restaurant. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was a great location for getting a new home there as well.
Disliked: Two nights of our stay, we could hear the neighbor next door during the night. But you did offer ear plugs which helped.
