Nice room, great location

Liked: Location to Whiskey Row, 2 blocks away, very walkable. Pet friendly hotel.
Disliked: The restaurant was overpriced. We had 4 meals at the on-site restaurant because it was convenient. Some items on the menu weren't good, such as fries, bacon, cinnamon rolls.

Liked: Great location. The clerk, Adriana was very welcoming and helpful.

Liked: 4 year old hotel in the heart of downtown. Felt brand new, almost like we were the first person to use the room.
Disliked: I thought that dinner menu choices could have been better.

Liked: Comfort, cleanliness, location.
Disliked: Noise from hallway was the loudest I have ever encountered, together with a constant drip onto a metal plate in the shower that sounded like a doorbell ALL NIGHT LONG. For the price, i would have expected much better. Also, when you are charging $200/night, would it hurt to include breakfast?

Liked: The hotel is right downtown in Prescott, great location. Easy to get to the main highway that goes to Phoenix. It is clean, nice staff, good restaurant. Has a nice shop in the lobby.
Disliked: The heater was pretty noisy, otherwise no problems.

Disliked: Being right on the road with ear plugs in the bathroom to quell the street noise. Like all hotels, 3:00 check in and 11:00 am check is ridiculous! For what you pay and not even get 24 hours in a room is something that should be brought up (maybe) politically. Just like excessive fees. Kind of getting tired of being ripped off for lodging at these huge corporations. Aren't you?
