A great place to spend time in Portsmouth; friendly; helpful; happy atmosphere; nice location; can't wait to return.

Liked: Very clean; nice sized room; great coffee and enough. The room and bed warm and wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Spacious room with no amenities

Liked: The room was spacious and the valet staff were quick and friendly.
Disliked: None of the amenities we booked for were available. The lack of parking was not well communicated. Poor communication about the lack of amenities prior to check in leaving us feeling stuck to stay as it was too late to cancel. Very disappointed

Fun with friends

Liked: There was construction going on and we were not aware. There was no breakfast or lobby :-(

Disliked: The hotel is under construction. Information on booking.com is not valid as it was due to be finished on Feb 15th. There is still a lot of work to do in the hotel. No gym, no pool no bar, and no breakfast.
