Liked: Overall it’s very quiet for being right next a major roadway. The amenities were really nice. I think the overall cleanliness of the room could use improvement. There was hair on the floor still and in the bedding. The rug looks like it needs to be redone and the back of my remote didn’t have a cover for the batteries.

Disappointing, considering the 2 previous...

Disliked: We were not offered any bottle water at check in, another guest was?? We did however, get some the previous week we stayed.Our room key did not work when we returned to the hotel at night, 2 nights in a row.There was no ironing board in the room, I had to request one.The room was booked for 3 adults, we only ever got left 2 coffee cups.A treadmill was not working the previous week we stayed, it still hadn’t been fixed.
