Disappointing, considering the 2 previous...

Disliked: We were not offered any bottle water at check in, another guest was?? We did however, get some the previous week we stayed.Our room key did not work when we returned to the hotel at night, 2 nights in a row.There was no ironing board in the room, I had to request one.The room was booked for 3 adults, we only ever got left 2 coffee cups.A treadmill was not working the previous week we stayed, it still hadn’t been fixed.

Liked: Clean, quiet and comfortable, perfect location close to the Fairplex grounds for the car show, lots of fast food options within walking distance

Disliked: Very clean and looking out the window to the mountains with snow top

Liked: Everything was great, but the pillows were horrible. No support for the head and neck. Flat is more like it.
Disliked: The pillows.

Liked: The breakfast was great but there was no clear rule is it included with the room or not. Several employees could not tell me for sure.
Disliked: I couldn't stay long enough!!!
