Liked: The room was 77 degrees overnight when we set the thermostat on 60, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Everything else was wonderful

Liked: I was charged twice for the same room. It has been extremely difficult to get this resolved. I booked at the Hilton Garden Inn, Plymouth, Ma. I eas billed my the Doubletree Inn
Disliked: They charged my credit card twice for the same room. Phone did not work. Front desk person was not pleasant. I was not given a receipt.

We would def stay again....

Disliked: No jacuzzi
