Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and the Petersen Center. The free shuttle service, so we didn't have to walk up that enormous hill, was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone attending an event at the Petersen Center.

Disliked: Parking, so the valet was much appreciated and worth the additional cost.

Disliked: The coffee supplies were open and used and not new! The towels in the bathroom had long dark hairs all over them. The guy at the desk was not friendly when we checked out in the morning to take my son to the hospital. He grabbed the key cards and that was it. It was not a good experience. We also didn’t know we could have had a big discount since my son was a patient of Montefiore and Presbyterian hospitals. Money is tight with Christmas and I paid $177 for a disappointing experience.
