Hilton Garden Inn is a very nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and the Petersen Center. The free shuttle service, so we didn't have to walk up that enormous hill, was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone attending an event at the Petersen Center.

Liked: The close proximity to our venue and the shuttle for taking us up the hill.
Disliked: Parking, so the valet was much appreciated and worth the additional cost.

ok but not great

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Carpet in room was horrible. Rocks and large pieces of stuff were on floor of bedroom. Remained there and never cleaned up. Either vacuuming was not done or vacuums did not work. Disappointed about shabbiness of premises. I could not use valet parking because my vehicle was an SUV and garage would not accommodate it.

Really lovely stay, would stay...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely. Breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Shame you couldn’t have pancakes as part of the buffet
