Liked: Hardwood flooring made the rooms feel more clean. Beds were comfortable and supplied Neutrogena products.
Disliked: Unable to control the room temperature. No continental breakfast. Parking price was too expensive.

Liked: Clean; friendly; great location.
Disliked: GPS could not recognize the address and construction near hotel.

Liked: Clean , close proximity to Paint arena . Parking garage easily accessible . Restaurant was excellent

Liked: We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk everywhere and it was easy to get to different places.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn't care for was the signage for the location. We were never in Pittsburgh before and we had a hard time finding the hotel because of the signage. It's hard to see when you are driving.

Perfect downtown location, steps from...

Liked: Perfect downtown location, easy parking, clean and spacious king bed room, easy and quick check in.
Disliked: Upgraded to a corner room on the 3rd floor and the views were disappointing. Also a wedding reception was happening on the floor below us and music was extremely loud.

Go Steelers!

Liked: We went to the Steeler game so the location was fantastic. Love walking Pittsburg! We liked the clean room, great windows looking out at the city and the attention to detail. The room was spotless.
Disliked: The receptionist was very grumpy and was not helpful at all. She seemed upset that we arrived and she had to get up to check us in.

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was in walking distance of events, restaurants, train station for stadium games

Superb

Liked: Loved that this property was in an accessible area, with tons of restaurants and bars close by off Market Square. Easy walk to the Pirates, and PPG Paints arenas, which we came for a concert.
Disliked: The cabinet to the mini-fridge opened one way and the fridge door opened the other way - and it was right up against the end of the bed. Made it hard to use! There was definitely room to move the fridge elsewhere in the room ..
