Great place to stay! Staff was friendly and willing to help with any issue. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was amazing. Great place to stay - will be back when I am in the area!

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Airport shuttle is hired out and this hotel is their last stop. Pick up times are not exact and maybe not a lot of soace for luggage. Not dependable.

Disappointing

Disliked: A woman in room next to mine held a birthday party sleepover for 10 6 year olds and her large family. I had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls. Noise continued until after 9 pm- unacceptable. I asked to be moved or for the party to be asked to leave.

Liked: Breakfast buffet had a good selection, staff in restaurant were extremely helpful.
Disliked: After a long day travelling, we felt like we were an inconvenience to Vince who was on reception when we arrived. Not very welcoming, did not explain or give an overview of what was where! That said, breakfast staff more than made up for it!
