Liked: Our first room had a noticeable smell in it and your desk clerk switched us out to another room which was much better.Cleaning people did a great job.
Disliked: Couch was not comfortable. TV in bedroom didn't work but your maintenance people took care of this. Lighting was not very bright. Everything else was great.

Disliked: The Continental Breakfast cost $12.50 per person and is the same offering that other hotels have as complementary (Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express).The pillows in Room 232 need replacing. All 6 were uncomfortable.

Great stay!

Liked: The staff was courteous, and the accommodations were clean, and my family had a great time! We loved that we could actually control the AC unit. We wished we had more time at the property itself, but we were there for a baseball tournament which kept us busy.
Disliked: The pillows, but that is minor in the grand scheme of things!
