Liked: Close to airport, clean, friendly staff, good value.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disappointing

Will not choose this hotel...

Liked: Shower is nice. Location is perfect.
Disliked: The AC is super noisy and next to the bed. And its filter feels like didn’t been clean for a long time. Make us hard to fall asleep.

Exceptional

Really comfy overnight layover

Liked: I had a 12 hour layover in Phoenix after traveling all the way from Japan to LA. A couple options with airport shuttle were available, this one looked the less sketchy and for a very small price difference. I was really surprised with the size and comfort of the room and the amenities offered, wished I didn't need to take an early flight the next day.
Disliked: Staff was not very welcoming, and I got ripped off buying a travel size toothpaste at the shop and getting charged way too much for it on my card after I left.

Got for a layover

Liked: Nice staff clean hotel. Nice shuttle service to the airport
Disliked: It was good for a reasonable place to lay over.

Liked: Close to airport, clean.Check in was until midnight, but they hold it for us until 2:00 am
Disliked: Putting on hold many times over the phone, waiting for more than 5 minutes each time
