We only stayed for the night after the Distillers concert - best plan. The breakfast bar was good. Short 5-10 minute drive to the venue.
Liked: Clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Room isn't for a view, but it was a nice view of the mountain and Frito-Lay's trucks.

Great staff and service make...
Liked: Close to the airport with excellent shuttle services and helpful staff. Really good as a transition hotel for someone going to the airport especially. Restaurants had a little of everything. Staff really paid attention and even checked in.
Disliked: It’s really all about the airport in that neighborhood. But it’s a perfect airport hotel.

Liked: Our room was comfy and we had a great time at the pool.
Disliked: There seemed to be a plumbing problem or something in the shower drain that made the room stink when we opened the bathroom door. We avoided using the bathroom and shower unless it was necessary for that reason.

Liked: If you are a patient at Mayo Clinic Phoenix, the location is convenient. However, I still prefer to book a different hotel instead.
Disliked: The hotel is not worth the price. It has very limited facilities, with no restaurant and no room service. The toiletries provided were cheap and not enough. Overall, the place lacks any charm or personality. It feels like the Marriott and Mayo Clinic are taking advantage of people who need to stay nearby, charging high prices for such poor quality. We were really let down by our experience and won't be returning to this hotel again.
