All in all, the room and the hotel was great. But, for the amount of money spent on the room, it could at least come with free parking, and not another $37 per night.
Liked: Nice, comfy room; conveniently located to the concert venue.
Disliked: No hotel parking.

Good place to stay plus it's next to the Reading Terminal Market.
Liked: Friendly staff and clean room.
Disliked: Everything was satisfactory.

We stayed here only one night after attending a concert at the Trocadero Theater. We wanted to be close to the concert venue and we were! Only one block away. The neighborhood is kind of borderline so I'm glad we were didn't have to walk far. I would definitely stay here again for another concert in Philly. The room itself was clean and nice and the bed very comfy. Can't evaluate the food or pool or anything else, since we left early in the morning.
Liked: Great location; staff was nice; room was very nice!
Disliked: Was a bit pricey! The parking was $36 per night extra.

They gave my prepaid room away due to overbooking. I had to drive to another hotel that was 10 more minutes away. I was told they would pay for that room but they didn't cover the $40 for parking for that room. They still have not reimbursed me for the money I already paid :(
Liked: Clean; nice staff.
Disliked: Overbooked; $40 parking fee.

Overall a positive experience. We stayed after seeing a concert in Camden - very convenient location for that purpose. The negative, however, was the parking. Nowhere on the website were we 'warned' that the hotel parking would be in a parking garage costing us $28.00 for the night. Obviously, being in the city, you're not going to park on the street. This parking garage was not exactly optional - and it was posted with signs directing hotel guests to park on the 3rd level. My biggest complaint is that this parking fee was not waived by the hotel. The discounted room rate doesn't mean much when you tack on $30 for a parking fee that no one mentioned.
Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.
