Short and filled the need...

Disliked: Staff took a long time to answer the phone. They were not people friendly. They were not busy. A lady fell and they just stood around. Housekeeping didnt clean the room. We were told they clean every other day. But we were not given the chance to get clean towels. My daughter had to go downstairs to get towels as no one answered at the front desk. There were not any trolleys available and we had to make several trips to get our items upstairs.
