Liked: The entire staff were very helpful and welcoming. The bar and restaurant were an unexpected bonus.

Liked: Property was in a great location for our visit. Walking distance to downtown was only 10 minutes and right behind the Bay Center.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the air in the room was very dry making it hard to sleep.

Too expensive. Charging for things...
Liked: Clean enough. Well lit. Close to the nicer part of Pensacola.
Disliked: Never been to a hotel that made you pay to park in their lot. Also, they wanted you to pay $15 for a crappy breakfast. The room was expensive and it felt like they were trying to get even more money from me. Charging for things that are free at other hotels.

Liked: The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep much. The other customers very loud. The bathroom was unclean, urine stains and hair all in shower

Conveniently located to the aren
Liked: Very clean property, walking distance to the arena.
Disliked: Have stayed at this property 2 times within a month of each stay, the first time was told no fee to park the second time was charged $10 to park.
