Too expensive. Charging for things...

Liked: Clean enough. Well lit. Close to the nicer part of Pensacola.
Disliked: Never been to a hotel that made you pay to park in their lot. Also, they wanted you to pay $15 for a crappy breakfast. The room was expensive and it felt like they were trying to get even more money from me. Charging for things that are free at other hotels.

Overall, the hotel was clean...

Liked: Everything the good reviews spoke about.
Disliked: The breakfast was too expensive and it should be included in the costs.

Liked: The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep much. The other customers very loud. The bathroom was unclean, urine stains and hair all in shower
Disliked: Cleanliness, more comfortable beds

Conveniently located to the aren

Liked: Very clean property, walking distance to the arena.
Disliked: Have stayed at this property 2 times within a month of each stay, the first time was told no fee to park the second time was charged $10 to park.

Liked: Beautiful new property with lovely view of city and bay … nice lobby area with bar and breakfast/dinner service (even during holiday) and terrific staff. In particular, Samantha made our holiday trip with older relative just wonderful, by insuring we had the room features needed and a great time!
