Disliked: The whole reason to stay at a hotel is to sleep well while your away from home. The bed was awful. My husband and couldn't sleep all night. Because of the lumps in the bed. The staff did try to make it right by giving us thick blankets to put on the mattress. It did help. However, when I pay as much as I did for the room, and it's at Hilton, I expect better quality. Food was not complimentary as read on website. It was also sub standard

Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like, was after paying $268 for a room, then being charged another $17 for breakfast per person
