Pleasant

Was a great experience overall.

Liked: loved that it was in walking distance of Jason's Deli. The Hot Tub with plenty of towels was a great feature. The front desk happily printed some things for me as their office space was working at the time. The rooms were clean with plenty of room.
Disliked: Wouldn't loan me a fan......said it was a fire hazard. Need a fan to sleep. Our room was next to the ice machines so it was noisy at times in the night. There was someone playing loud music at 1 am either at the pool or in the parking lot on our end.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Location is close to the beach. We were only there for one night.
Disliked: Slow check in.

Liked: Professional check in staff… restaurant (did not get to use). I was glad to know if we had gotten up early to eat.
Disliked: My wash sink had Gibbs of toothpaste. One large one and 2 other spots. Cold shower started after enjoying a few minutes of hot shower… and no shampoo to wash hair once cold water hit.

Liked: The hotel restaurant is superb. Kudos to the chef!

Exceptional

It was fine

Liked: The location was great since we had to get to the airport for a very early flight
Disliked: We ordered appetizers at the restaurant and it took nearly an hour to receive our food. It was APPETIZERS… not even a full meal. That was unacceptable.
