Liked: The location is great, the rooms are spacious and the beds really comfortable. The staff were good
Disliked: We paid for breakfast included in the price with booking.com, the chef was cooking what looked like lovely omelettes for other people. But if we asked for one and they said we had to pay extra!!! Not expected for a Hilton, when do you have to pay for breakfast twice? Also the shower gel, body cream and the shampoo dispensers were almost empty.

Great until the dryer didn't...

Liked: I loved the room and cleanliness.
Disliked: I didn't like that the amenities were non functional. I am referring to the dryer. The last night of my stay i washed clothes but couldn't dry them properly. The dryer kept cutting off giving an error code. I called the front desk about issue. The receptionist came to the laundry from attempted to change filter but the problem continued. I became so exhausted while up for hours using the little bit of heat the dryer gave off before shutting off every 10 minutes. A usual 30 minute dry turned into 4 hours. Due to exhaustion i missed my morning excursion on my last day in Paris. It was an extreme inconvenience for my family and I .

Liked: All common rooms were beautiful, room was comfortable and spacious, had a self laundry on site

Great stay at a lovely...

Liked: Beautiful, clean & quiet room with a great super king bed. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Near to the metro & also a little supermarket just a cross the road. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden.
Disliked: We felt we needed to be a little careful walking around the local area in the late evening.
