Disliked: Refrigerator made noise all night, spoke with staff, but nothing was done about it.

Liked: Our room was very clean & quiet & the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: A free breakfast like many other hotels offer would be great! Or, if you have to charge, 1/2 of what you are charging would be be plenty.

Disliked: There were 2 spiders on the walls, the bed was very hard, there were no USB ports in the room and no fan in the bathroom

Disliked: the noise at 1,2 and 3 in the morning of yelling and doors slamming I had a funeral to attend today I had no sleep and drip 3 hours home. my daughter 8 years had no sleep.

Liked: Staff were friendly, and breakfast was better than previous experience in a US hotel. Dinner was just OK.
Disliked: It was noisy! I was woken up every night of my stay by noise. There is an automated alarm next door for security that was super annoying.Also, there is 0 water pressure, and good luck getting wet under the shower.
