Liked: Very nice hotel. Great location & easy to find. Very convenient to the interstate & local restaurants
Disliked: Doors to the rooms close VERY loudly. Woke me up several times during the night.

Liked: My family only stayed one night, on our way back home, after Hurricane Helene caused major damage to the hotel we had originally booked in Augusta, GA. The facilities were absolutely beautiful and the staff were amazing and so friendly. The location was fantastic. There were so many restaurants to choose from within minutes from the hotel.
Disliked: The booking.com listing said that breakfast would be $1 a person, but at check-in, we were told it was $19.95 a person. It was no biggie, but for that price, we just went to the Craker Barrel right up the road.

Liked: You have a top notch maintenance man working for you. He needs and deserves a raise. Our car has t-tops in it. We left them out and it came a quick down pour rain. He took the time to tear open two garbage bags and place them over our roof so our car wouldn't get soaked inside. Above and beyond his scope of work.
Disliked: The fact you charged 12.50 a person for the same continental breakfast other places offer for free. Ridiculous. Thank goodness there was a IHOP close by
