Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The pool wasn’t available. They didnt want to put me on a lower floor even though one elevator wasn’t working. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was told there was an $100 deposit but booking listed $50.

Liked: Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Please let the girls at the desk that the guest in 507 on the weekend of 1/17 - 1/29th is sorry the Bills beat the Ravens. Thank them for thier energy.
Disliked: Typically there woluld be a basic complimentary breakfast. I have traveled all over the east coast and this was the first time no toast, bagle or the like wasoffered.

Disliked: Hotel charged me double for one room without explaining why. I only realized after seeing my credit card. I called hotel management. They left on hold for too long and did not give any satisfactory response. Hotel manager said they will be back and give me the explanation in a day or two, but response for more than we week. After several callings and talking to different person, I was told that my booking was through 3rd Booking. Com and their credit card was declined for 1 room. If this was the case why the manager during the check I did not explained? They washed their hands and said that I have deal with Booking.com. During this all messy situation my business’s card statement was missed and it card become delinquent. My exper was very bad with hotel manager. All could have done is simply explain the situation and could have handle it bit more professionally!

Checked out early.
Liked: The hotel is under reno. However, renovations seem to be worse than what the hotel was before.
Disliked: The entry, the room, the lack of amenities available.
