All good. Wish they could have left breakfast out longer as we missed it, but overall good.

Liked: Great room with an amazing view.
Disliked: Asked for some regular coffee to make in room as there was only decaf in the room. Went to the front desk and they said they would send some up. Never got the coffee.

Disliked: Under construction. Our room was right next to the construction and it was loud the entire stay. We didn’t have hot water in the room. We told the front desk and the problem wasn’t addressed.

Will never stay there again

Disliked: Old outdated never told us about the construction never told us there was no pool and hot tub was not good value for our money asked for a poo. Never got it. The tub was backed up. Never got it fixed even calling down to ask for it.

Liked: Great location, the staff were exceptionally nice and the breakfast was great.. The rooms were decent.
Disliked: The pool was under maintenance and no one told us prior to our stay. The hallways were not clean, very cold and smell like smoke.

The staff that checked us...

Liked: Did it eat breakfast as it was expensive and Hardee’s was cheaper.
Disliked: There was no pool or hot tub as we were checking in the staff never mentioned it or we would have went somewhere else. Staff also didn’t advise that the access to the beach was not how the signs take you we had to find out by another guest that was also displeased.
