Hilton Garden Inn Orange Beach, Orange Beach

All good. Wish they could have left breakfast out longer as we missed it, but overall good.

Liked: Great room with an amazing view.
Disliked: Asked for some regular coffee to make in room as there was only decaf in the room. Went to the front desk and they said they would send some up. Never got the coffee.

Overall not bad

Liked: The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, easy to locate
Disliked: Was charged for 10.00 a day for parking was not mentioned ahead of time, got charged a 20.00 for something supposed to be refunded we shall see.

Good place at a good...

Liked: We enjoyed the hotel, it was clean and the bed was soft.
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at check in but the girl at check out was very nice!

Liked: Breakfast was convenient. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Offered indoor pool. But pool was not there they were remodeling and building a new pool outside. Was a huge eye sore. Balcony door wouldn’t open. Couldn’t call front desk because the phone cord was broken. Ran out of tissues. Ran out of toilet paper. Beds were uncomfortable

Disliked: You have to pay to park there. I’m not sure what where else they think you park. Just add it in the price.

This place sucked

Liked: My husband and I travelled for 9 hours. We looked this hotel up on line. The listing said pet friendly. The cost was said to be $135 they stated that was the total. But whenI received my invoice, they charged us multiple padded tax fees, parking fees ( it was a parking lot) not a ramp and then an additional charge of $75 for the dogs( none of which were stated to us while booking or at check in. They charged us $224! Then.., it was a very cold night so we needed heat in the room, and the heat system was blowing cold air all night to the point we were freezing and had to shut it off completely. Then in the AM.., we jst wanted a hot shower to thaw out.., and the water only got lukewarm warm at best. When we brought the issues up to the staff all they said was it’s rare we have to have heat used in this area so she basically blew us off. This was false advertising and poor customer service. A waste of money! Way over charged for an 11 hour stay with zero rest. Never will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Motel 6 woulda been better!
