Hilton Garden Inn Orange Beach, Orange Beach

All good. Wish they could have left breakfast out longer as we missed it, but overall good.

Liked: Great room with an amazing view.
Disliked: Asked for some regular coffee to make in room as there was only decaf in the room. Went to the front desk and they said they would send some up. Never got the coffee.

Passable

Liked: Closeness to the beach, Friendly staff, Great weather and low crowds.
Disliked: No hot water from the time we checked in. Left 3 days later still no hot water. I was offered one free night.

Best short trip we have...

Liked: Breakfast was great! Had everything you could want, plus more! Food was warm and delicious! Loved everything about our stay!
Disliked: Pool was being redone and no hot tub? But it really didn’t matter, we stayed on the beach.

Disliked: Pool under construction completely gutted and closed for repairs- hotel very old, dirty and extremely outdated, as well as gym and it’s equipment

Disappointing

Liked: Still ocean front hotel, able to walk to the beach and see beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony.
Disliked: Disappointed was an understatement to say the least. To find out there were no pool facilities, only a gaping hole on your birthday when you were expecting to relax around the pool and hot tub was not fun or relaxing! I had to go back to the fine print to find the words”pool deck is under renovation” in my booking which still does not state pool is no more. Not until I sent a message to the property did we find out we could use the pool areas at two different hotels, which we did. Luckily we had a car to use but other guests did not.

Liked: Very unorganized and not enough space.
Disliked: Elevators are few.

Stay was pleasant.

Liked: On the beach. My main priority was that it be on the beach and it was.
Disliked: Room had unpleasant smell. Not enough lighting in the room. Bedside lamp did not work. Parking was a challenge.
