We were there during an extra serious tornado outbreak, but the staff was very well organized and helpful! Thank God we were not in direct path of the storm but still appreciate the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown staff for their care!

Family friendly hotel with comfortable...

Liked: The staff was friendly, location was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was the perfect end to a day of travel for a hungry tired family.
Disliked: The room we stayed in had a hole near the lock of the door, just something an avid traveler checks for security.

Liked: Cleanliness and staff
Disliked: The pool area was dirty, had a giant clump of hair floating in it. The hot tub was murky, little to no jet pressure, and water was room temperature at the best.
