Liked: The location is good. The rooms are fine, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I found the Reception staff most unhelpful. When we arrived we heard that our booking had been cancelled even though we had already paid booking.com for the room. We then had to produce payment to get a room at all. They were so unsympathetic to what had happened to us and acted as though it was our fault. We were totally unaware of any problem but they were not prepared to sort anything out for us with booking.com. Thank goodness we had funds to pay for the room a second time! During our stay the behaviour of the Reception staff was either super helpful or downright rude! Breakfast was not included in the room rate and was not worth the price - I think it was $12.99 pp. Cold scrambled egg which tasted of nothing and very little variety.
