Liked: Nothing, it was a bad experience because of the incompetence of the check-in clerk.
Disliked: Very highly disappointed in the training and incompetence of the check-in clerk.. I gave her my confirmation number and she gave me something that I didn't ask for. I didn't notice she gave me something different from what I asked for until I checked the hold on my credit card. They made numerous mistakes and didn't correct them all. And refuse to correct it.I was overcharged $122.00. They corrected their mistake with the breakfast but not their other mistake that their incompetent check-in made. Theirs a sign in their lobby saying if anything is wrong they image it right. That's a bold face lie..

A nice central convenient place...

Liked: Close to the hospital and downtown area. Very pretty lobby and nice staff.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. Both were too soft and one squeaked every time you moved. I was not prepared to pay an extra $10-$20/ night for parking.

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel and the ability to have a balcony.
Disliked: The room smelled like wet dog or dog pee. I had to go and purchase Febreze and open the balcony door in 30 degree weather to get the smell out.
