Disappointing

Liked: Ocala was great,
Disliked: We had a wedding to go to at 4pm on Friday tried the digital check was all good until around 12 that day then couldnt get on, then we get to Hotel at 3 and they said room wont be ready till 4-430 would of been fine any other time but me and wife were both in a wedding and had to get ready at the venue which was so embarrassing!! We couldnt take shower, have a mirror for makeup nothing!!! We had no help from your Hotel just for us to get ready, very disappointed!!

Other than the price, everything...

Liked: Breakfast was great! But what made it better was the amazing service by Ms. Desiree! She was kind, able to answer questions if needed, She could answer questions, and was very helpful.
Disliked: the parking was small and the additional parking was across the street in the deck. It was marked but cost $10 a day.

Disliked: One one person work in the front desk for do the check in I have a late check in take 30 minutes to way until she finish to talk over the phone and it’s another person I arrive 2 am in the morning tired and I couldn’t get the room until she finish Breakfast service horrible !!! The lady very mean she don’t give even put for us hot water for my social tea

Liked: Convenient to the Art Festival I was participating in
Disliked: Roll up blind in room was broken. Room right over street was very noisy at night

Liked: People working in the breakfast was very nice
Disliked: No good experience this morning in the check out . The girl in the front desk was so rude because I ask for a copy of my receipt . She sayde because I used the booking app only they could give me the receipt. I ask for the manager and she told me no manager on the hotel . But earlier in the morning I saw the manage coming from the door in her back (office) When I say I will wait the necessary time to talking with the maneger in few minutes I have my receipt She don't have perfil from working in the front desk.

Worked for my needs

Liked: We arrived later in the evening. The restaurant was closed. Jen was working the lounge. She is amazing. What a breath of fresh air. She contacted local restaurants to assure that we got something to eat.
Disliked: Check in. Checked in online as suggested. Did not make a difference when I arrived at the hotel. Parking is across the dark street and down a block.
