Liked: I enjoyed the clean and simple design of the hotel. The staff was polite, but I feel they didn't share information about all the amenities for my stay. I wish I could have known what times the pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were in operation. The breakfast was good, but there seemed to be a question if we were allowed to have it or not. It was quickly cleared up.
Disliked: To who it may concern,I came to your establishment to have some time away with my wife and to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. My stay was unfortunately disrupted by stress and anguish because my card was ran several times after it was approved originally for the purchase of my stay. All night, I had the ringing of notifications as my account was charged over and over again. There were nearly 12 times. I confirmed with the front desk after I took my wife to dinner, that the charge was captured and pending. And, I was assured that it was a system error. All banking system were doing an system update, which delayed the payment from showing in the system. So why would anyone continue to keep running my card for payment all night and after midnight! The constant dings, from the alerts rattled my nerves all night! My bank account was locked due to constant repeated charges. I felt targeted by this situation and uncomfortable.
