I might stay again if...
Liked: I like lower Manhattan. This is a comfortable place.
Disliked: I’d forgotten how far south it is. Maybe it was just the cold, but I found myself wishing I’d booked one of the many other hotels I walked past to get back to my room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I booked a king bed room and was given a twin bed room, when I checked in they said my room wasn’t ready yet. No water in hotel, no filter or anything. No room slippers. Housekeeping didn’t clean room properly.

Liked: Easy to find .Room size is average , big enough Has microwave in the room which is great !
Disliked: No drinking water. There is a construction outside so we were skeptical about drinking the tap water . There were two water fountains on second floor but they were not working. So the only way to get water is to buy those small bottles from the receptionist. Really ? We stayed in two much cheaper hotels in Brooklyn they have free water and free breakfast. Not enough lighting in the room .Not enough signage for anything. (Such as fitness is in C level , canteen is floor 2 etc . Where is Ice machine? I couldn't find it.) Some posting in the elevator would be helpful. Coffee and tea at the foyer was only till mid morning. Not enough time to go get a cup of free coffee. We booked via booking.com and we are in genius level 3 program. Supposed to get free breakfast. But the receptionist said we didn't have free breakfast listed under our reservation. Asked me to talk to booking.com for that . I couldn't be bother to waste our vacation time on the phone and tried to sort it out about free breakfast. How did this happen? Don't the hotel and third party agent booking.com have a system work out that we the passengers don't need to worry about haggling with the receptionist?
