Liked: Staff was very courteous and friendly. Made the stay pleasant. Appreciate you accommodating early check in.
Disliked: The construction out from was a pain, but that is a complaint on street dept, most likely.

I had higher expectations from...

Liked: Nothing. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels, including 3-star properties, and found the comfort and cleanliness to be better.
Disliked: Overall, the kitchen feels like a kingdom of plastic. For breakfast, I was disappointed with the excessive use of plastic. If I’m paying for breakfast and not opting for takeaway, I would expect to be served in non-plastic materials.

Liked: breakfast not included and unadvertised in suit, room was cold and could not regulate heat. heat / ac was loud and vibrated the whole stay, no water presseure and tub unable to hold water. old/dated not maintained
Disliked: Old and not maintained, unable to have bath, tub would not hold water, Paid for a king suit and was given a twin beds. not water view that was advertised. Not value for money. did not receive the upgrades advertised. Paid for different room than advertised.
