Not up to expectation

Liked: Downtown location which I needed. Room and bathroom size was adequate.
Disliked: 1. Plastic cups. No plates / proper cups/ cutlery2. Opt in for room cleaning service! And I had to ask 3 times to get it cleaned 3. No water bottles provided4. Coffee cup not replaced till I asked. 5. No proper restaurant 6. Water temperature in shower needed constant adjusting

Liked: I had a truly pleasant stay at this property. The staff was extremely kind and professional, always available for any needs. The room was very beautiful, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. I ordered room service, and I was impressed by the speed of the service. The location is also excellent, convenient for getting around and visiting major points of interest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free experience.
