Disliked: Some rando charged their dinner to our room. They sorted it out l, but was annoyed that we had to go through it.It was 20minutes from Niagara on the Lake.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the hotel was located close to the highway and my work site. The front end staff were even helpful when I was having issues with my payment cards (it was resolved after check-in). The restaurant staff was also able to make me a “breakfast to go” bag for a 4:30 am departure, which I was really appreciative about.
Disliked: I was not a fan of the pillows, which caused me to have a lack of sleep. They were too soft for my liking, but it was only a night stay, so I didn’t complain to the front desk.

Disliked: I has to use my debit for the deposit and upon leaving, the machine wasn’t working. Now a month has gone by after my stay and not only have I not received a cheque, they havnt event sent one out to me.
