Disliked: People upstairs woke us at 6 am. Sounded like stampede

Liked: Staff was nice, room seemed clean
Disliked: Common areas including hallways and elevators were very dirty (debris, stains, overflowing garbages, fluid on walls in multiple places including the only working elevator) rooms had thin walls and could hear normal volume conversations of neighbors

Liked: Friendly staff with greeting and departing.
Disliked: Philly Hilton did not provide a $35 credit like the New York Hilton. I just stayed a few days ago before coming to Philadelphia. I assumed all Hilton hotels have the same amenities. Overall was still a pleasant stay.

Liked: The location was good as was the underground parking. The front desk staff were nice. The fitness room was excellent.
Disliked: The room had broken window shades and the door handle on the bathroom was broken. For the rate that we paid…that was disappointing. I was hoping for a complimentary breakfast, not a voucher toward part of the cost of the breakfast buffet. I’ve staying in the same type of Hilton property before and had a full breakfast. The decaf coffee was very weak.
