Liked: I’ve stayed here many times. Great staff and service and clean comfy room
Disliked: Weddings- I was not able to sleep from LOUD Noises and banging of doors. They should put all wedding guests on one floor. And all non-wedding guests on a separate floor. I did not complain at the hotel bc they were just checking ppl in. I get that it’s a party but the hotel should be proactive in booking or give an optionLike “wedding guests/non wedding guest” instead of “leisure/business trip”

Liked: It was cold
Disliked: People upstairs woke us at 6 am. Sounded like stampede

Lower price hotel in the...

Liked: Staff was nice, room seemed clean
Disliked: Common areas including hallways and elevators were very dirty (debris, stains, overflowing garbages, fluid on walls in multiple places including the only working elevator) rooms had thin walls and could hear normal volume conversations of neighbors

Enjoyed my stay and would...

Liked: Friendly staff with greeting and departing.
Disliked: Philly Hilton did not provide a $35 credit like the New York Hilton. I just stayed a few days ago before coming to Philadelphia. I assumed all Hilton hotels have the same amenities. Overall was still a pleasant stay.
