Great staff, horrible guests

Liked: Location and the staff were great.
Disliked: Paid for a breakfast we did not use. A large group of people were smoking marijuana, drinking and snorting coke in the lobby bathroom. In and out of the breakfast area at 7:00am drunk and obnoxious. It was disappointing. We ended up heading out to a local bakery.

Liked: The location was great as I was here to attend an appointment at NYU Clinical Cancer Center.
Disliked: I booked a room on 11/4 and due to further tests ordered by my Oncologist I had to book a room on 11/5 too. The first night I called the front desk twice asking for extra blankets. They were never delivered. The lids for the coffee cups do not fit the cups. As I laid on my bed the next morning a cockroach ran across the bed. I will definitely be doing research on other hotels near the cancer center because I will not be staying here again.

Liked: Great location in the heart of midtown, close to the subway and empire state building. Staff were wonderfully helpful and attentive. The room was clean and well set up with everything we needed. Would stay there again

Liked: Very good location. Breakfast is perfect also for a European.Very nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: The lights in the room was not that bright.
