Clean hotel perfect location to...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and polite
Disliked: The room was quite small for three people and they only seemed to set it up for two even though we were party of three, two cups etc

Disliked: Room size so small and olld facilities

Convenient to most of NYC...

Liked: Rooms were very clean and there were sufficient towels which were of good quality!
Disliked: Breakfast was not included which I think is reprehensible. I like Hilton and am a Hilton Honors member, but it just seems a cheap decision to not provide early morning sustenance. If I had the option, I would have found a hotel with a breakfast offering.

Somewhat frustrating due to the...

Liked: Our three rooms were together.
Disliked: One of the three rooms had a grinding gurgling sounds coming from the one wall continuously.

Disliked: Laundry room washing machine/dryer could be better.

Great location and great powerful...

Liked: Location was great in Midtown Manhattan. It was easy to get to and you can easily come and go in Manhattan from that location, close to restaurants on 3rd Avenue. Most of the staff was lovely! The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I thought the room was small but that is NYC.

Perfect location for our purpose...

Liked: Staff were friendly, rooms a good size and the bathroom was lovely.
Disliked: We were asked for a $250 deposit which was refunded after the stay but there was no mention of this when booking the hotel or during messages exchanged with the hotel
