I would recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great location, can walk to Empire State building and the subway is nearby to go to other places. Room was clean and mattresses were the best ever. Free wifi, and staff very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant/bar serves all kinds of meals.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Ok
Disliked: In January- the room showed 64o- i tried to increase the heating in the middle of the night , to no avail. When I called the front desk at 6:30 am, and told them them about the cold room, they blamed on me”why didn’t I call “? I certainly was not in the mood of having a technician come in my room in the middle of the night! 64o is unacceptable in a cold wave-Instructions for the Heat or a/c are certainly strongly SUGESTED( in multi languages).
