Liked: Good location, clean room and comfortable bed
Disliked: I stayed 2 nights, 24 Feb and 26 Feb. On 26 Feb response form the staff while requesting amenities. Room slippers were provided one day but in the next stay staff denied completely having the existence of such facility despite pointing out that earlier the same week these were provided.

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Clean. Easily accessible & check in. Nice lounge area downstairs. Price was reasonable.
Disliked: Staff seemed a bit cold and not quite pleasant.

The stay was ok, except...

Disliked: The toilet flooded and flooded the whole hotel room. The phone didn’t work in the hotel room. This was very disappointing, because we came to New York to celebrate my daughter’s 12 birthday.

Disliked: Pillows are too soft. Would prefer foam/firmer pillows.

Hotel team with true heart...

Liked: The location was great and the staff was fantastic. We left a Blue tooth speaker in our room after check-out and the staff was very helpful, professional and compassionate about locating it and holding it for us to make arrangements to retrieve it. This spoke volumes to me about the honesty and integrity of the housekeeping staff and dedication of the front desk and management to take care of a customers need and win our loyalty. Thank you!

Pleasant

Liked: Room 2105- a compact room tucked in the corner. Mattress and pillows were comfortable…with a sampling of both firm and soft pillows on the bed. Sheets were cool and crisp. The room offered both a refrigerator and microwave. However, at my age, I hate being relegated to either lying or sitting on the bed- so for my liking the room was missing a chair by the window.
Disliked: A chair
