The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Nice little room near Times...

Liked: The location was top-notch. Times Square is just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are multiple options to eat nearby, and the hotel was very comfortable to stay after touring the city around. Subway is also a few minutes away to explore other parts of the city, and the staff were also very helpful if you needed anything. There was a USB charging port in the room, which was a lifesaver for people who live outside the US.
Disliked: The security deposit mentioned on Booking.com was 100$, but instead, I was told during check-in that it is 300$. So please prepare your finances accordingly. Information needs to be clear on this.

Disliked: Room shabby, door handles falling off, light shade missing, side lamp broken, carpet was wet from a leak and got worse - informed staff and no.action, had to ask 3 times for fresh towels. Generally dirty.

For such a high price...

Liked: Very good location, close to central park & close to broadway theatre.If you have a room facing the backyard, it would be quiet.
Disliked: Cleaning service did not come, although we specifically requested this at the front desk and the officer noted down our room number.There was a noisy generator next to our room, that disturbed us all night long.

Exceptional

Liked: Near Times Square , metro ...clean and confortable
Disliked: The property blocked 400 USD as a guarantee deposit fee and after 3 weeks the amount is still blocked.Already send 2 messages to the property but they did not answer anymore which is totally unpleasant
