The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, helpful staff, but…
Liked: Clean room, helpful staff.
Disliked: Not enough elevators. When we were there, one was out of service, so everyone had to use just two elevators often there was a line in the lobby of people trying to get into the elevator to go up to the floors. The building is 34 stories. Room was not cleaned. We needed more coffee capsules. Called housekeeping, no response.

Disappointing
Liked: 1. View from the room great! 2. Space and layout of room. Great! 3. Elevator. Terrible!! We had to wait forever for the elevator, then it wouldn't stop at our room and I had to carry my luggage up to 23rd floor! 4. The lights in the bathroom didn't work as soon as I used the hair dryer, and since then, it wouldn't come on yikes!5. I forgot my toothbrush, but you guys didn't have any complimentary toothbrush6. I couldn't believe that you guys don't have complimentary coffee. Are you kidding me? I think it's time for an upgrade, and troubleshooting. I thought I was going to get 4 star service, but it felt less than 3 star.

Bad
Liked: Location is very convenient
Disliked: WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS!!! we notified the front desk and they would send an engineer to come check and he would just flush the toilet multiple times and let the water run for like 20 minutes. The water bearly even got to what could be considered warm. They kept just saying oh we don't have hot burning water here, this is it. I explained to them I did not want burning hot water just warm water to shower in since it was freezing outside. Staff kept dismissing us and being rude about it like we were crazy. Finally I called the hilton customer service number and they moved us to another room and the shower INSTANTLY HAD HOT boiling WATER!!!! Also the elevators run soo slow.

Liked: Location comfortable beds Great staff
Disliked: The alarm clock went off at 6 AMAt 10 AM that there was another alarm going off on the floor that was not going to get shut off unless I called the front desk of the elevators was sort of a messy situation. The staff should have their own elevators.

Great location, is the best...
Liked: Location was great, easy access to subway, central park, shopping and xmas festivities
Disliked: Room did not have a remote, TV would not turn off, had to cover it with jackets at night to stop glare, finally it got fixed on our last night, 3 days later. Because i booked with booking.com and not direct my hilton points were not honoured. We appreciate the hotel was full but lifts were struggling with sheer volume of people, wait times were long. The staff on check in worked well under stress, the hotel system failed and checkin was done manually. After 20 hours flying was nice they found a solution
