The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Disliked: The hotel charged me for items i didn't consume after checkout, and have stopped responding to my requests for a refund on the incorrectly charged items. Reminder to check your cards after checkout for this kind of sneaky behaviour. Lobby has a strange stale smell.

Liked: The beds and location of the room were perfect! I think we were at the back, made for a really good night's rest.The rooms were clean, as that was a priority.The reception team were all very helpful.
Disliked: All ok, but the only thing to note really: We had to leave our luggage for the day after check-out, the first 2 are complimentary, then after that it's $5 per piece, so it's something to bear in mind.We did ask if we could have the room till 5pm (5 more hours), but we were told by a receptionist that it would cost a nights stay, I suppose due to cleaning, etc. We opted for the luggage hold downstairs instead. Also - there could be a little more light over by the window area, where the coffee machine was.

Disliked: Be aware that hotel charges 100USD per night as a deposit for unpaid bills, promising to pay it back then check out. I am really unhappy with the fact, that Hotel charged me 500USD, I had no unpaid items, I checked out 5 days ago and still no return on my account!
