Liked: Derrick Spencer working front desk was kind, professional, extremely helpful. We did not like the room we given and asked to be moved. Derrick was very accommodating and moved us the next morning. Samson also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Both are an asset to your organization. Look forward to seeing them next time.
Disliked: No body wash in the showers. Staff not speaking English in front of guest. Some of the front desk were not helpful.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and always offering great advice when asked. The rooms were very clean and house keeping was around in case you needed anything.

Great location and good hotel...

Liked: The location is amazing. Time Square is within walking distance of this hotel. There is also a subway near the hotel if you prefer to move around the city. Bed/rooms: they are really cramped and not convenient. We stayed for only one night, so we did not feel very uncomfortable. Hotel staff: they are very helpful. Staff accommodated our luggage before and after we checked out of the hotel.
Disliked: Bed/rooms: they are really cramped and not convenient. We stayed for only one night, so we did not feel very uncomfortable. Rooms were not very clean, but manageable. Wifi did not work initially until I complained. No parking (for travellers coming via car, this is not an ideal hotel). Vallet parking may be available.

Perfect location for Broadway.

Liked: Had tickets for 2 Broadway shows. Felt this was the perfect location. Were able to walk to both and yet it didn’t have that congested feel of Times Square. Close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb

Liked: Good location for us, we walked everywhere without trouble. There’s also assessable taxi services and good pizza spots right in front of the hotel. Very easy check in also.
