Won't be staying here again.

Liked: I liked the convenience of the location.
Disliked: There was a very loud noise that woke up my whole family at 8am. The noise didn't stop even after we had left our rooms at almost 1pm. We called the front desk and they said that they'll talk to the people who were staying above us but it didn't do anything. It was just devastating since we wanted to have a peaceful rest.

Great value, friendly and helpful...

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean including the bathroom--looked renovated fairly recently. Great location for Christmas sights and attending a Broadway show. i would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay, would stay again.

Liked: Proximity to train, starbucks, times square, major attractions
Disliked: wait for elevator could be long at times but i know that’s unavoidable due to space constraints.
