It was alright, but for the price no room service and parking is $40 a night extra. I won't go back.

The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.

Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

Liked: convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: when checking in had issue with credit card machine. Had to use 2 different cards and explained they charged me for one of my rooms twice.Tried to show desk clerk and she was not interested in looking into it. Checked out on Sunday and money not returned until Tuesday When going through booking.com we were given a certain amount that included taxes and fees and that was reason we chose this hotel, price was significantly more at hotel.

Liked: Very attractive decor, large suite, nice location. Bed was comfortable. Room and property were clean. Nice amenities.
Disliked: Valet was efficient but hard to park a truck in the parking deck. Loud street noise, mainly frequent sirens, due to proximity to the fire department. Front desk staff was helpful but not very friendly.

Liked: Location was good. Room was spacious.
Disliked: The pillows were too soft. I indicated we had 3 people in the room yet only 2 small bottles of water were left.

Liked: Everything was good! Clean, comfortable beds etc. 10th floor view of bridge was perfect!
Disliked: Having to pay extra for parking!!! And, curdled milk in room. Should exchange out and not leave in room if not used.
