It was alright, but for the price no room service and parking is $40 a night extra. I won't go back.

The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.

Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

Liked: I like the fact they served coffee every morning, I liked that the bartender in the lobby bar was friendly. I like that upon check-in the staff member asked me if I wanted cleaning service every day or every other day.
Disliked: I didn't like that when we were trying to get a cup of coffee in the lobby that the staff member was cleaning it up stating it's time to switch over when in fact, they could have waited 5 minutes or less for us to get a cup of coffee. I found it rude. I also didn't like the fact that when the cleaners didn't come to the room for 3 days the front desk said they had no answers for us. that is completely unacceptable.

Disliked: 3 nights couldn't get my room cleaned, couldn't get towels, or soap, even the front desk couldn't get housekeeping to do their job. I also didn't like paying $59.00 to park my car each night. My parking bill was $30.00 cheaper than my car rental. Probably won't go back there.

Liked: Convent to the downtown night life. Clean and everyone was friendly.
Disliked: Parking fee was OUTRAGEOUS to be honest. When everything is so expensive as is for your guest (not a room we got a good deal on that) than 59 a night is rough for anyone.
