It was alright, but for the price no room service and parking is $40 a night extra. I won't go back.

The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.

Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

Disliked: Water was not working for first 4 hours of the stay. Front desk kept saying it would be turned on in "30 more minute." The water was once again shut off on my departure date two hours before it was time to checkout. Bathroom floor would get soaked when the shower was used and additional towels needed to be placed at the base of the door every time it was used.
