It was alright, but for the price no room service and parking is $40 a night extra. I won't go back.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: No Room service. $40 a day to park.

The hotel has nice amenities and a VERY accommodating professional staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville wheather you have business downtown or not.

Disliked: Valet parking only for hotel guests and it was the hotel's parking garage. Guests should have the option of valet or self parking.

A good place to stay,...

Liked: The location is easily accessible to Broadway. It is clean and very attractive on the inside. The large TV in the rooms is an added bonus. Michelle was my bartender, who is great at her job, polite and friendly. I followed the directions from the booking app. It took me past the valet entrance to the restaurant. I am not 100% sure there is a sign that tells you that you are at the hotel from the valet entrance.
Disliked: Free Wi-Fi is good, but as far as needing adequate bandwidth for a business trip you will have to pay more for the additional speed. Sixty dollars per day to park is extreme for non-business visitors.

All in all it was...

Liked: The people were friendly and helpful. They gave us wonderful tips on where to go and good places to eat. They were helpful when it came to getting around.
Disliked: They charged an outrageous price for parking per night that they did not mention on booking. They also do not mention the substantial incidental fee. The breakfast restaurant is more of a continental breakfast not a lot but expensive. The manager at the bar/restaurant downstairs was on something and it took forever to get our food because the waitress was on a personal call and the bartender was tweaking.

I enjoyed staying here. it...

Liked: - location: close walk to broadway - room (very ideal spacious entryway in the 2x double bed room)- pretty hotel decor and very clean- quiet- lobby seating
Disliked: cost of parking- we had to park elsewhere
